Shipping within Mexico

Mexico City metropolitan area: 1–2 business days; State-capital delivery zone: 2–3 business days; Rest of Mexico: 3–5 business days.

These are business-day estimates from dispatch, not fixed calendar delivery dates. The applicable zone is confirmed at checkout. Orders confirmed before 14:00 h Mexico City time are prepared on the same business day.

The catalog and shipping rate are the same throughout Mexico. Delivery time varies by zone. We also deliver outside the cities listed in our directory.

Standard national shipping costs $199 MXN. Shipping is free for orders from $2,500 MXN.

Vials are dispatched in rigid packaging with individual separators. Materials whose stability requires it are shipped with cooling gel and thermal insulation. The outer packaging is neutral and does not describe its contents.

Check the packaging, vial and readable batch label on arrival. Report transport damage with photographs within 24 hours of delivery. Shipping protection is included at no extra cost and provides 1 replacement per order.

Orders receive a tracking number once assigned. You can check your order through the tracking page. If tracking information is not yet available, contact support with the order number.
