Who is named on a certificate

The batch records published in the catalog identify HD CHROMA as the laboratory in the associated documents. This identification must be read on the specific certificate: this page does not state that Pureza owns a laboratory or attribute an accreditation that the document does not demonstrate.

The laboratory name, sample reference, batch and dates serve different purposes. Review these fields together before associating the document with a product variant.

Reference, batch and certificate number

The product name helps locate a product page; the batch identifies a group of material; the certificate number identifies a document. These should not be used interchangeably when requesting a review. Two variants with similar names may require different documentation.

If there is a discrepancy between the label and the document, keep both and contact support. Do not try to resolve it by choosing the PDF that looks most similar. The order number links the inquiry to the corresponding purchase.

What an analytical test table means

Each row must be read together with its method, criterion and result. The presence of a test in one document does not justify attributing it to the entire catalog. A qualitative determination and a quantitative determination also express different types of results.

Scientific documentation about a molecule does not verify the commercial sample. Likewise, analytical identification alone does not establish a conclusion about every possible use of the material.

How to request the document

The technical data sheet describes the reference material; the certificate relates to a batch. Follow the document access option on the product page and enter your order number when requested. If the reference indicates that documentation is available on request, contact support with the product and variant before basing a decision on a document you have not received.
