ARCO privacy rights

A channel for requests concerning access, rectification, cancellation or objection to the processing of personal data linked to Pureza.

Where to send your request

Write to contacto@pureza.mx and say that the message concerns an ARCO request. Describe the data or situation you want reviewed and provide a way to receive a reply. You can read the privacy notice before sending your request.

You may include an order identifier to help locate a purchase. Do not send passwords, access codes or full card details. A privacy request is different from a shipment-status question.

Which right you want to exercise

Access lets you request information about your data; rectification lets you correct them. Cancellation and objection have scopes and conditions under applicable law. Explain what you need without relying on an exact formula for the email.

You may need to establish identity or representation and specify the requested information. Applicable law governs the rights and response deadlines. A request does not automatically erase all records.

Privacy and purchase support

For a shipping number, use Track your order. If an order address needs urgent attention, also contact support with the order number: an ARCO request does not automatically change a package already prepared.

Keep your sent email and the response for follow-up. If there is more than one issue, identify each separately so an account correction is not confused with a delivery incident.

Questions and answers

Must I create an account to write?

No. The published request channel is the contact email.

Does a request automatically delete an order?

No. Its scope is reviewed against the request and applicable obligations.
